The face ages by slackening and springing up of tissue (Outward Aging), as well as slackening and narrowing of certain facial structures (Inward Aging).  Outward Aging can be treated by removal (Lifting), Inward Aging by adding of tissue (Own Fat – Microinfiltration).  In most cases both problems are present, at least to a certain extend, making tightening as well as microinfiltration necessary to obtain good results. A rejuvenating effect is desired, not a doll-like appearance. Rejuvenation of the face will in most cases require treatment of all parts of the face.
