Liposculture with standard cannullas

This is what cosmetic surgeons in Austria, Germany, and the Czech Republic usually do. Also with standard cannullas, DDr. Heinrich will not rely on machines, but on tissue-sparing syringes. The cannulas he uses (2.5 mm diameter and more) provide fast working with good cosmetic results. However, it should be kept in mind, that it is simply not as good as Liposculpture with micro cannullas. The shaping of the silhouette will be less precise, compression must be used for 3–4 weeks after surgery and there will be more pain and swelling. Due to reduced effort, this method is cheaper, being the “economy method” for patients with smaller budget and moderate demands.
