The best and most gentle method in Liposuction
In this technique only micro-cannullas, some of which have been invented and patented by DDr. Heinrich, are being used. The small diameter of these cannullas (1 to 2.5 mm) allows very thorough and yet tissue sparing Liposuction with outstanding cosmetic results. DDr. Heinrich is the only surgeon in Austria, who offers this method, which is seen as state of the art by the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. That’s what provides the precisely shaped silhouettes, which made him famous all over Europe. (Important: Only cannulas with a diameter between 1 and 2.5 mm are real microcannulas!) Currently the most famous advocate of the use of microcannulas is California based dermatologist Dr. Jeff Klein, the inventor of tumescent anaesthesia, which has made modern cosmetic surgery under local anaesthesia possible. This gentle procedure also makes after-care easy: Only a few days of wearing light compression will suffice. Pain and swelling can be expected to be minimal. Naturally this method means more work for the surgeon and is therefore more expensive than Liposuction with standard cannullas.
