What is the difference between Liposculpture and other techniques of Liposuction (Ultrasound)? Print E-mail

Ultrasound is used to destroy fat cells before suction. This is unnecessary, puts more stress on the tissue and elongates healing time. The aggressive ultrasound can cause complications such as burning of the skin, which can further result in scars.

Will it hurt? Print E-mail

Before liposuction the fatty tissue will be infiltrated with a special solution containing anaesthetics. In Liposculpture only very thin cannulas will be used, allowing very gentle operating. In most cases our find a visit to the dentist more aggravating. However, under local anaesthesia it can never be guaranteed, that the patient does not feel any pain at all. If you decide so, our anaesthetist will put you into twilight sleep, making completely pain free surgery possible. This is recommended for patients who have already made the experience that they are highly sensitive to pain.
